Robert Miles is an Italian DJ and composer who has worked in various styles of electronic music, one of the most famous authors in the genre of "dream house". He started playing the piano in his youth and experimenting with electronic music in his teens. Miles worked in various clubs and radio stations before becoming famous for his hit "Children" in 1995, which topped the charts worldwide. Robert Miles continued to create music in various genres such as progressive house, experimental and ambient. He also founded his own label Salt Records and his radio station OpenLab.
